Passion and Precision

A play about what it takes to make it in show business today. A writer, Trick Emerson, struggles to communicate his vision and passion to his new agent, Jake McGraw. Trick wants to be a screenwriter, and Jake supports that desire, but pushes his own agenda, making Trick a television writer, every chance he gets. Michelle Lobe, Jake’s assistant, is caught in between the writer and his agent as they battle over the meaning of art, and entertainment. As the two men struggle with each other toward a violent conclusion, the true nature of Jake’s agenda is revealed, and everything changes.
